Heather Adams

Heather is a content creator who’s written for a wide variety of different outlets. Prior to joining The Spruce, she wrote and edited commerce content, including product reviews and roundups for digital publications including Fatherly, The Drive, Task and Purpose, and Car Bibles. As the Digital Editor of Clean Eating Magazine, she oversaw content production and creation for print and digital, writing and editing articles on food trends, nutrition research, and kitchen gadgets and cookware.

In 2018, Heather authored the book Fidget!, which delves into natural ways to boost focus and productivity. She wrote life hacks and productivity content for WonderHowTo, occasionally delving into homemaking tips. Heather has long enjoyed writing about home products (and looking for a great deal on them!), creating bedding and bath content for sites like Nation.com and Healthversed. With a strong interest in product-based content, she’s always looking for new items to try and ways to enhance her home.
